Losing it

The pass is stored in this browser, so clearing your site data or moving to another device loses it. Keep the code you redeemed, or the receipt Stripe emailed you, and write to write to a moderator and we can issue a fresh code.

Refunds

Within 14 days, for any reason, in full: write to a moderator. This is the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and we do not ask you to waive it.
